JUMP JUMP JUMP

The animation reminds me of things I have seen around but it is well constructed. The head seems to lag just a tiny bit at the peak of her jump. Her hair is well animated and flows properly, and the arms move great. I especially love the arrow on her chest, makes the drop of the character spark a little metaphorically.
The outfit is great, too. The background really is nice, the axis the character is on follows the background line, and it makes the image more attractive to look at. I love the original chibi-style. The 'beaded-hair' look is really a nice trait I miss on chibis. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Wink)"/> Nice animation!
